In our latest project for Forbright Bank, we meticulously followed a set of Design Principles and Guidelines to create a website experience that is both user-friendly and aligned with the bank's brand identity. Our approach focused on four key categories: Quick & Easy, Self-Service, Complement with Advice, and High-Touch Service. Quick & Easy
User-Friendly Interface: We prioritized simplicity throughout the design process, ensuring that users can effortlessly navigate the website. The interface is intuitive, reducing the learning curve and making it easy for users to find what they need.
Clear Call-to-Action: We strategically placed concise and action-oriented language on buttons and links, guiding users seamlessly through their journey on the site.
Intuitive Navigation: A straightforward flow structure and navigation system were implemented, providing clear pathways to important sections and components, allowing users to quickly locate the most relevant information.
Self-Service
Help Resources Integration: To enhance user autonomy, we embedded tooltips throughout the website, offering instant assistance at critical points. This feature empowers users to find help precisely when and where they need it.
FAQ Accessibility: We made the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section easily accessible within the proposed user flow, proactively addressing common queries and issues.
Complement with Advice
Identifying the Right Type of Account: We integrated a user-friendly questionnaire designed to assess the customer's needs and financial history. This tool helps identify the most suitable products and services, ensuring that customers choose the right account type.
Recommendations: Based on customer activities and financial needs, we provided tailored information, enhancing the overall experience and guiding customers towards informed decisions.
Educational Content: To further empower customers, we included a comprehensive Welcome Kit filled with informative content designed to help them manage their accounts effectively.
High-Touch Service
Virtual Assistant Integration: A virtual assistant (chatbot) was embedded into the website, offering real-time assistance and addressing customer inquiries without requiring them to leave the page. This feature ensures that customers have access to help whenever they need it.
Personalized Assistance: We ensured that financial assessments offer personalized recommendations and solutions based on the customer’s unique input, fostering a more tailored banking experience.
