Supported and contributed to the proposal process for the Mobility Economy Production pilot project which included designing a comprehensive project plan, identifying necessary resources and budgets, and leading a talented team towards the successful delivery of a commercially viable prototype. By leveraging my leadership skills and effective project management techniques, I successfuly completed the pilot program which allowed the client to get additional funding to execute a fully usable system.
